What are the practical aspects of our Bible study?

Is Bible study just something abstractly - philosophical?

​This is what I was asked by our partner friends who attended our weekly class
We have been together for several months now
Although, physically we sit on almost every place in the world
Some families in Europe,
Dan and Timothy from Canada (and recently Angelica and other friends)
Daniel from South America
And many more that are online - on our YouTube channel
Of course, you are welcome too!

Recently, we stopped once the ongoing study - which is inspiring in itself
They asked me the question above
And the truth is, that's a great question
After all, it's obvious for every decent person not to kill, or to steal
To be against Sexual immorality behavior
but....
The big difference is if you do it all because you are a moral person
or
Because you want to connect yourself with the Creator of the world, the one who spoke to us and his words & will are heard in the Bible
And here, we start a new dimension in life
To be more connected with God, the source of life
We open another lesson in which we will discuss the practical implications of studying the Bible
